Aegis Dynamics Special Announcement
Jessica Martinez burst into Big Charli's office.
“We got her.”
Big Charli looked up from her tea.
“Got who?”
Jessica could barely contain herself.
“Kenzie Carlisle.”
“…Who?”
“The Kenzie Carlisle.”
Silence.
“The face of House Carlisle.”
Silence.
“The woman behind twelve global beauty brands, three fragrance empires, two wellness platforms, and a luxury dog accessory line.”
Big Charli blinked.
“The one with forty-eight million followers.”
“…Ah.”
Jessica beamed.
“She’s agreed to become the face of our new collaboration.”
Big Charli slowly put her mug down.
“I’m sorry…”
“…our what?”
The conference room doors opened.
Kenzie Carlisle glided in wearing sunglasses that almost certainly cost more than the annual training budget.
“Big Charli!” she smiled. “I’m literally obsessed with your brand.”
“We make military hardware.”
“I know.”
“I think it’s so authentic.”
Poppy looked up from her notebook.
“I’m not sure that’s the word.”
Kenzie spread mood boards across the table.
Soft blush pink. Matte black. Rose gold. Camouflage.
“Luxury is changing,” she explained. “Women don’t just want products anymore. They want narratives.”
Jessica nodded enthusiastically. “I knew she’d understand.”
Kenzie pointed dramatically at a rendering.
“I’m calling the collection…”
She paused for effect.
TACTICAL™
“...It’s a bra,” said Poppy.
Kenzie smiled patiently.
“No. It’s an emotionally resilient support platform.”
Jessica was already taking notes.
“We can add Adaptive Load Redistribution™. Dynamic Strap Geometry™. Mission Ready Comfort Architecture™.”
Kenzie clapped. “Exactly!”
Poppy quietly slid a sheet of paper across the table.
What Women Actually Want
- Comfortable.
- Doesn’t dig in.
- Doesn’t ride up.
- Washes well.
- Doesn’t cost the GDP of a small moon.
Kenzie frowned. “…There’s no branding.”
“No,” said Poppy. “That’s because it’s a bra.”
Big Charli smiled. “There it is.”
Jessica sighed.
Kenzie looked genuinely confused.
“…Could we at least emboss ‘Tactical™’ on the label?”
Poppy thought about it. “For an extra forty quid?”
Kenzie nodded. “Luxury.”
Big Charli stood. “Meeting adjourned.”
As everyone filed out, Poppy turned to Kenzie.
“You know…”
“Yes?”
“I actually like the pink.”
Kenzie smiled. “So do I.”
For the first time that morning, they agreed on something.
